I am a Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist, owner of Mystic Therapy PLLC, wife, and mother of two. I have expertise in women’s health with specialized training in the treatment of prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.

Kellyn gained her Masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch and has practiced as a registered, licensed occupational therapist for over 7 years. It was after the home-births of her two daughters and firsthand experience navigating postpartum healing, corporate maternity-leave, and being a breastfeeding mother in the workforce, that she found her passion as a pelvic floor therapist.

Kellyn believes in empowerment healthcare and is a direct-access provider. She offers holistic, evidenced-based and trauma-informed intervention tailored specifically to her client’s individual needs. She provides a safe space for healing, and her treatment focuses on mind, body, and spirit with the intention that her clients move forward powerfully, fearlessly, and are able to wholeheartedly embrace the roles and activities that make them so unique.
